No game viewing party would be complete without Buffalo chicken! This recipe offers a lower fat alternative to traditional dip. Serve with chips, celery, carrots or any other vegetable. A delicious and hearty appetizer, the substitutions in this recipe provide the same richness and flavor as its higher fat counterpart. The hot sauce helps amp up the flavors making it a party favorite!
Ingredients
- 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Shred three cups of the cooked chicken and set aside
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, mozzarella cheese, hot sauce and blue cheese
- Add chicken and combine until everything is well mixed together
- Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden brown
